ORIGIN // WHY SYSTEMFORGE EXISTS

Why I built this studio

For five years I built software for companies that could already afford good software — enterprise clients with IT departments, procurement teams, and six-figure software budgets. The work was technically interesting. But I kept visiting the other side of those same industries: the 200-bed hospital where the CMO tracked certifications in a notebook, the construction company that found out about an expired worker licence from an RTO inspector, the logistics company whose vendor performance data lived entirely in one manager's head.

The gap wasn't technical capacity or intelligence — it was access. Traditional agencies quote ₹20–50L for a custom system. Enterprise ERP vendors require 18-month implementations and dedicated IT staff. The organisations that needed software the most had been priced out of the market for it.

SystemForge exists to close that gap. Transparently priced systems, scoped in writing, delivered in 3–24 weeks, maintained long-term. Built by someone who understands that a hospital operations manager is not a technical buyer — and that the system needs to work on the first day, without a training programme.
