A smaller first phase, a phased rollout, or a narrower problem statement can all bring the investment down significantly. I would rather scope something you can commit to than quote full price and lose a project that could genuinely help you. Tell me your budget on the discovery call and I will be honest about what fits.

The price in the scoping document is the price you pay. I don't add line items mid-project. If the scope expands beyond what's written, I discuss it first and issue a change order — you decide whether to proceed before I start that additional work.

Yes. I work with clients in the UK, UAE, Singapore, the US, and other markets. All pricing is in Indian Rupees, which means international clients typically get 10–20× the value they would from a local agency at the same spend. At current rates, my Starter tier is approximately $900–$1,800 USD and my Growth tier is approximately $1,800–$4,800 USD — compared to $15,000–$60,000 for similar scope from a US or UK product studio. I invoice in INR and accept international bank transfers. Discovery calls are held over Google Meet at a time that works for your timezone.

Any scope change that adds work is handled as a change order — I document it, price it, and you approve it before I begin. Small adjustments within the original scope (wording changes, minor UI tweaks) are covered. Feature additions are not.

No. I deploy on managed cloud infrastructure (typically Vercel + Supabase or equivalent). The AMC covers server costs as part of the monthly fee. If you have a specific hosting requirement, I can discuss alternatives during scoping.

It depends on what the existing software exposes. If it has an API, integration is usually possible and will be scoped and priced separately. ERP systems like Tally or SAP typically require custom integration work. Bring this up in the discovery call and I will be upfront about complexity.

Yes. My standard payment structure is 40% upfront (confirms the project), 40% at mid-delivery milestone, and 20% on launch. This applies to all tiers. For enterprise builds or international clients, I can discuss a schedule that works for your finance process.

For registered NGOs, I offer a 10–15% reduction on the build price. For government organisations, I work through a formal MoU or purchase order process. For early-stage startups with limited runway, I can discuss a phased scope or deferred payment structure. Speak to me in the discovery call — I will find a workable structure rather than turn away a good project on price alone.

You can cancel with 30 days written notice. The system remains yours — the source code is handed over and you are free to host it or maintain it independently. I don't hold your system hostage to the AMC.

The scoping document defines what working as expected means. If the delivered system doesn't match the agreed spec, I fix it — that is covered under the build. The first month of AMC includes a post-launch stabilisation period where all bugs are resolved at no extra charge.
