Questions I always get

If you have a clear operational problem and it's not covered by my 49 existing systems, I build custom. The same process applies — discovery call, scoping document, transparent pricing, 3–24 week delivery. My systems list shows my domain expertise, not a hard boundary.

Any scope addition is handled as a change order — documented, priced, and approved before I begin the extra work. Small adjustments within the agreed scope are absorbed. New features are quoted. You always know what something costs before it happens.

No. I provision cloud infrastructure as part of the build and maintain it under the AMC. If you have an existing IT environment or data residency requirements, I can discuss options in the discovery call.

If your existing software has an API, integration is usually possible and will be scoped separately. Common platforms like Tally, SAP B1, Zoho, QuickBooks, or any ERPs can be integrated — I will assess feasibility in the discovery call and give you an honest answer before committing to anything.

It's 30 minutes over video call. You explain your operation — what you track, what goes wrong, what you wish worked better. I ask questions about user count, locations, existing tools, and compliance requirements. At the end I'll tell you whether I can help, and if so, roughly what scope I'd recommend.

Cancel with 30 days' written notice. The system and source code remain yours. I hand over the full codebase and deployment documentation so you can host it independently or pass it to another developer. I don't build dependencies that lock you in.

The base interface is in English, but I can add Hindi or regional language support as a scoped addition. This is typically a 1–2 week effort depending on the system complexity. Raise it in the discovery call and I will include it in the scoping document.

The scoping document defines what working means. If the delivered system doesn't match the agreed spec, I fix it — covered under the build price. The first month of AMC includes a stabilisation period where all bugs raised are resolved at no extra charge.
