What this system does

Paperless Token System

Citizens receive digital tokens via a tablet kiosk at the entrance. A QR code on their token lets them check their queue position and estimated wait time from their smartphone anywhere in the building.

Live Display Board

Large-format display connected to any TV or monitor shows the currently serving token number, the counter to go to, and estimated wait times — updated in real time. No technical setup needed; any screen works.

Service Analytics

Daily and weekly reports on average handling time per counter, peak arrival hours, service completion rate, and wait time distribution. Managers see where bottlenecks are and can optimise staffing.
