Education Content & Knowledge Hub
Ed-tech companies and education brands split their content across Medium, a Wix blog, a YouTube channel, and a Mailchimp newsletter — with no unified view of who their audience is or what content converts.
CAPABILITIES // WHAT GETS BUILT
What this system delivers for your team
Rich-text blog editor — category tagging, author profiles, SEO fields (title, meta description, OG image), scheduled publishing, and automatic Article schema markup for Google rich results
Full-text search across all content powered by PostgreSQL tsvector — fast, no external search service needed; readers find articles by keyword, topic, or author in under 200 ms
Gated resource library — PDFs, worksheets, and e-books stored on Google Cloud Storage with signed download URLs; gated behind email capture or login; download counts tracked per file
Newsletter and drip sequences — subscriber segments by source (blog subscribe, resource download, course waitlist); broadcast campaigns and event-triggered drip sequences via Nodemailer + SMTP or SendGrid
Open and click tracking — each outbound email embeds a tracking pixel and unique click-through links; campaign-level reporting shows open rate, click rate, and unsubscribes
Course preview and waitlist pages — publish upcoming batch pages with enrolment interest capture; auto-notify waitlist via email when the batch goes live
Content analytics — page views, average read time, top-performing articles by views and enrolment conversion, subscriber growth over time, and resource download funnel
Author and expert profiles — each content contributor has a profile page with their article portfolio, bio, credentials, and social links; builds brand credibility for SEO and reader trust
Every build is scoped to your organisation's workflow — features and modules may vary.

CAPABILITIES // WHAT'S INCLUDED
What this system does
SEO-Optimised Blog Engine
Rich-text editor with category tagging, author profiles, and full SEO control — custom title, meta description, OG image, canonical URL, and automatic Article schema markup for Google. The built-in PostgreSQL full-text search indexes every article so readers find content without browsing through archives. Scheduled publishing lets editors queue content in advance and the sitemap updates automatically on every publish.
Gated Resource Library
Study guides, question papers, worksheets, and e-books stored on Google Cloud Storage with signed download URLs — no public S3 bucket, no expiring Drive links. Each resource requires email capture or login before download, building a clean subscriber list with every file accessed. Download counts, file size, and category tagging make it easy to see which resources drive the most engagement and should anchor lead-gen campaigns.
Subscriber Management and Newsletters
Readers who download a resource or subscribe from a blog CTA enter a segmented subscriber list. The newsletter module supports one-time broadcast campaigns and drip sequences triggered by subscription or download events — powered by Nodemailer with SMTP or SendGrid transport. Open rates and click tracking are stored per campaign. A subscribe form embed lets any external landing page feed into the same list without duplication.
FIT // WHO THIS IS FOR
Who this system is for
Ed-tech Founder / Content Head / Marketing Manager
Ed-tech company, educational publisher, independent tutoring brand, or subject-matter expert building a digital audience and converting content readers into paying students
Your blog is on Medium or Substack — you cannot retarget readers, you do not own the subscriber list, and you have no data on which articles bring in enrolments
- —Your blog is on Medium or Substack — you cannot retarget readers, you do not own the subscriber list, and you have no data on which articles bring in enrolments
- —Study materials are shared as Google Drive links in WhatsApp groups — there is no way to capture emails, measure downloads, or convert downloaders into enrolled students
- —Every content format (blog, video, resource, newsletter) lives on a different platform — your brand looks fragmented and there is no single place for students to discover everything you offer
BEFORE
Blog posts are published on Medium or a Wix site with no email capture. Resources are shared as Google Drive links in WhatsApp groups — no tracking, no gate, no way to know who downloaded what. Newsletter is a Mailchimp account that is not connected to anything else. Every platform has a different audience and none of them talk to each other.
WITH THIS SYSTEM
Every piece of content lives on the brand domain. Resource downloads require an email, building the subscriber list automatically. Newsletter campaigns target readers by how they subscribed — blog reader, resource downloader, or course waitlister. A single analytics dashboard shows which articles and resources drive the most enrolments, so the content team knows exactly what to produce next.
KEY OUTCOME
Ed-tech brands using an owned content platform report growing their email subscriber base three to four times faster than through social channels alone, and attribute 30 to 40 per cent of new course enrolments to organic blog traffic within six months of launch.
