ACCESSIBILITY // WCAG COMPLIANCE SERVICES
Make your product accessible to every user.
Inaccessible software excludes 1.3 billion people and exposes organisations to legal risk. I audit, remediate, monitor, and train your team to build and maintain WCAG-conformant products — with full documentation for compliance and procurement.

THE CASE // WHY THIS CANNOT WAIT
The cost of inaccessibility.
Accessibility is not a nice-to-have. Here is what it costs to ignore it.
1.3 billion people
live with a disability globally (WHO, 2023).
That's 16% of the world's population — and likely a significant share of your users.
4,605 ADA lawsuits
were filed in the US in 2023 alone.
The EU Web Accessibility Directive and India's RPWD Act 2016 impose similar obligations.
30% of tenders
in government and enterprise require WCAG conformance or a VPAT.
An inaccessible product is disqualified before evaluation begins.
£ 249 billion
is the estimated spending power of disabled people in the UK alone (Purple Pound).
Excluding this market segment is not just a compliance risk — it's a revenue leak.

FAQ // COMMON QUESTIONS
Accessibility questions, answered.
Level AA of WCAG 2.1 and WCAG 2.2 by default, as this is the standard referenced in most regulations (ADA, Section 508, EN 301 549, RPWD). Level AAA audits are available on request.
No. Automated scanners (including axe-core, which powers our free scan tool) detect approximately 30–35% of WCAG issues. The rest require manual review: reading order, keyboard traps, form instructions, meaningful alt text, and screen reader behaviour cannot be reliably detected by automation alone.
A typical WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA audit of a 10–20 page web application takes 5–10 business days including the written report. Larger sites or those requiring assistive technology testing take longer — I will give you a timeline after an initial review.
A Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) is a document that describes how your product conforms to WCAG and Section 508. It is a standard procurement requirement for US government contracts, many enterprise buyers, and education institutions. If you are selling to these markets, you likely need one.
Yes. The Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPWD) Act 2016 requires that information and communications technology be accessible to persons with disabilities. Government websites must also comply with the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW), which reference WCAG 2.0 Level AA.
Yes. The Accessibility Remediation service covers hands-on code fixes in your codebase. Each fix is delivered as a pull request with test evidence. I can work in your repository or provide patches you apply yourself.
The monitoring retainer includes monthly automated scans plus manual spot-checks of critical user journeys, regression alerting, and direct support for accessibility questions as your product evolves. It is designed for teams that want continuous conformance, not just a point-in-time snapshot.
