Amenity bookings are on a WhatsApp group. Society accounts are in a personal Tally instance. The committee reviews a monthly summary that takes the accountant 3 days to prepare.

Maintenance bills are auto-generated on the 1st of every month and sent to each resident with a payment link. Payments auto-reconcile. The committee sees collection rate by unit in real time. Complaints are ticketed and assigned to vendors with deadlines. Visitors are pre-approved by the resident and the guard scans a QR code at entry. Society accounts are live and the committee can view income, expenses, and fund balances at any time.
